Tuesday, November 6: Off to the Visionary Museum. Amazing exhibit on war, peace and the apocalypse with at least five works by Henry Darger, my favorite self-trained artist. Much wonderfulness there. Then home and make a mix CD for Kelsey along with putting a care package for her together. Arts and crafts macht spass. I was planning on taking off on Wednesday, but Kris's roommate has tickets to the symphony tomorrow night, so I stick around. Dinner at awesome Afghani restaurant. We watch TV that night including Scrubs. Fun.

Wednesday, November 7: I forget exactly what I do during the day. Mostly hang out with the pug, Cosmo. Symphony that night after apple pizza and ginger beer. Great night.

Thursday, November 8: Send mail off to Kelsey and ride south to D.C. Weather's great and route one's fun, if hilly. Get there by nightfall and meet Demian at Arlington Cemetary after getting lost in Georgetown area.

Friday, November 9: Hang out with Lena during the morning and see Senate in action - Byrd, Rodham-Clinton and the dude from N. Dakota talk for a while. Gov't in action. Rad. Then Lena's off to talk deal with a Master's paper meltdown. I have a falafel and go to the National Galleries. Demian's off to Norfolk to get furniture from home for the apartment. Should be back tomorrow afternoon. Try to go see Amélie with Lena, but it's all sold out so we see Waking Life instead, which I thought was good, and upon further reflection, awesome and wonderful. Lena had problems with the animation, which is understable. I can't watch Dr. Katz because of the animation which gives me a headache. This movie didn't, for some reason. Anyways, after the film we walked around the Du Pont circle area and got coffee/beer at Tryst and then left and I got a novelty oversized slice of pizza. Hilarious. It was a great night out, and I hope Lena had a good time as well, but the tlak was not always light, and I know she was stressing her paper a little at least.

Saturday, November 10: Talk with my mom and decide for a new plan - I'm going home for Thanksgiving. So I make plans to do mountaing time here in Virginia.

Sunday, November 11: Demian gets back.

Monday, November 12: Demian and I hit some museums then see Amélie. I see 70mm 2001 by self after starbucks with D.
